Да, соединительная ткань - капризная штука. Пока что-то употреблял отдельно - процесс стоял. Т.е если употреблять витамины минералы коллаген и глюкозамин с хондроитином изолировано, то процесс будет буксовать по слабым звеньям. По идее, многие из компонентов мы должны получать от поедании добычи целиком. В моем случае, результат был только при синергизме всех факторов. На данный момент экспериментирую с желатином, т.к гидролизованный коллаген пить на постоянной основе - дорого.

Только вместо шиповника беру обычный витамин С.
Плюс еще неясно, сгущает ли кровь постоянный прием - автор пока молчит.
