Вполне возможно что аллергия остатся из-за наличия аллергенного белка от определенных пород коров. Арахис - чисто растительный белок, а у многих (примерно 3%) к нему сильнейшая аллергия.

Аллергия на арахис 1.3 % населения, а не 3%. Причем считается, что около 4% населения имеют аллергию к разным видам продуктов. А вот по молоку непереносимость лактозы например от 5% у северно-европейцев до 70-90% у азиатов, вот это много.
